Geobarriärer

GCL
Geobarriärer eller Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCL) är geosyntetiska barriärer som ofta används för tätning och inneslutning. De tillverkas av ett nålfiltat geotextillager och ett vävt textillager med ett mycket vattentätt natriumbentonitskikt emellan. De kännetecknas av låg genomsläpplighet, hög prestanda och ”självläkningsförmåga”.

Geomembran
Geomembran är syntetiska barriärer som används för att innesluta vätskor eller gaser, vanligtvis farliga. De tillverkas av tunna, böjliga material som PP, PE, PVC och EPDM och har exceptionellt låg genomsläpplighet. De kännetecknas av att de är mer vattentäta och hållfasta än GCL.
